Anchanto Named Among Singapore’s Best Startup Employers 2026

We’re proud to share that Anchanto has been named one of Singapore’s Best Startup Employers 2026, in a ranking published by Tech in Asia in partnership with Statista. Out of 8,500 companies evaluated across 23 industries, only 200 made the final list and Anchanto is one of them.
The Best Startup Employers list is one of the more rigorous employer recognitions in the region. Tech in Asia and Statista gathered over 2 million data points across Q3–Q4 2025, evaluating 8,500 companies across 23 industries and narrowing that pool down to just 200 awardees based on aggregate scores across three equally weighted pillars:
- Employer reputation – three months of web and social media monitoring measuring employer attractiveness, brand sentiment, and online visibility.
- Employee satisfaction – publicly available workplace data revealing culture, benefits, flexibility, and what employees genuinely say about working there.
- Growth – website traffic trends, headcount expansion, and active job listings.
It also comes at a meaningful point in our journey. As we expanded into new markets and taken on larger, more complex enterprise engagements, we’ve had to scale not just our product and operations, but the teams behind them.
Being named among Singapore’s best startup employers, alongside recent recognition among Singapore’s Fastest Growing Companies, suggests we’re managing to grow without losing what makes Anchanto a good place to build a career.
We see this less as a finish line and more as a checkpoint. As we continue to grow across Southeast Asia and beyond, our focus remains on building teams and a culture that can keep pace with that ambition and being recognised this way tells us we’re on the right track.
