  • Automatically create sales invoices in Lightspeed for marketplace and Shopify orders processed in Anchanto OMS
  • Import marketplace orders into Anchanto OMS in New (Pending) status for centralized order handling
  • Sync order cancellations and refunds to Lightspeed to ensure invoice accuracy
  • Automatically recreate invoices for partial cancellations (as Lightspeed does not support partial invoice cancellation)
  • Update sales with serial number details when required before final invoicing
  • Fetch final invoices (with serial numbers) from Lightspeed to OMS for packing visibility
  • Route orders to Online or Retail locations based on country-specific business rules
  • Maintain accurate stock synchronization between retail POS and online channels

  • Apply VAT logic based on country regulations (UAE, Oman, Lebanon, Morocco, Iraq)
  • Support automated currency conversion for Lebanon (LBP ↔ USD)
  • Push VAT-inclusive pricing to Shopify where applicable
