Executive Lunch Event – Singapore

Anchanto hosted its first Private Executive Lunch in Singapore, bringing together nine technology and supply chain leaders at Cygnet Bar, representing Crocs, Kenvue, Yum! Brands, Irvins, Sonova Group, Adidas, HP, GE HealthCare, Logitech and PUMA Group, for an honest conversation on Autonomous Commerce and where AI is taking ecommerce operations.

The session was hosted by Anirudh Venkat, APAC Country Head, alongside Vaibhav Dabhade, CEO, Anchanto, and Charles Py, Chiel Marketing Officer.

Three takeaways stood out:

  1. Product discovery is being rewritten. Customers are increasingly asking AI agents for recommendations rather than searching by product name. Most brands, however, are still optimising discovery for human search, not agent selection.
  2. Every operational decision has a financial consequence. Autonomy is as much a P&L conversation as an AI one. Revenue, margin, working capital, and costs are shaped by daily decisions AI can now make faster and more consistently.
  3. Autonomy builds gradually. It doesn’t require a flashy AI roadmap. The winners will be those that systematically replace manual decisions with automated ones, learn, and keep improving.

The next session is on 4 September in Singapore.
