Senior Manager – Digital Marketing

Anchanto is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Senior Manager to lead our global digital marketing efforts. As the senior Manager, Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for Designing our global growth marketing strategies and ensure their successful execution across 10 countries. You will work closely with the other functions of the central marketing team and a team of country marketing managers to enable Anchanto reach ambitious revenue targets globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and GTM: Support the development of the marketing strategy of 10+ countries across Europe, the Middle East, and South East Asia, by providing expert digital marketing insights and owning its translation into actionable digital marketing initiatives. Actionable initiatives include

  • Technical optimization of all advertising campaign plans
  • Ownerships of all digital marketing campaign performance
  • Analysis and recommendation to improve funnel performance including messaging, USPs,
  • Value Proposition.

Plan and Budget: Run detailed marketing activities and manage the associated budgets ensuring the alignment of the investments with the objectives.

  • Responsible for the sound spend of assigned local budgets, and proposing new budget based on A/B testing with defined objective parameters
  • Implement Regular country-wise and campaign-wise reporting processes
  • Campaigns: Contribute to the production of all aspects of digital marketing campaigns and provide feedback and insights to improve the performance – creatives, messaging, call to actions, USPs and Value Propositions

Campaign Management: Plan, build and run data-driven digital marketing programs, aligned with local GTM strategies.

  • Operations: Help implement new processes and technology to continuously improve our regional marketing and sales operations
  • Team Management: Oversee and mentor team members, fostering growth and excellence.

Experimentation: Drive continuous experimentation to improve campaign performance and outcomes.

Paid Marketing Insights: Leverage expertise in paid marketing, treating the team as an agency handling diverse country expectations.

Essential Requirements:

  • 4+ Years of proven experience in a leadership position in Marketing
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing overall.
  • Experience working with multi-product Enterprise SaaS products and solutions with global exposure.
  • Understands Strategic Marketing and Messaging,
  • Proficient with Google, Meta, LinkedIn ad platforms.
  • Experience managing budgets and holding demand generation targets.
  • Good communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and translate them into compelling and customer focused stories.
  • Excellent writing and content generation skills, including presentations, ad copies, etc.
  • Experience in E-commerce or Logistics is a plus.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in reporting and analytics, identifying patterns, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Manage challenges with a calm and collected approach, finding creative solutions to complex marketing hurdles.
