The Role: Senior Key Account Manager

As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving their success. You will serve as a trusted advisor, understanding their unique business needs, and offering tailored solutions to maximize their ROI. Your expertise in e-commerce, supply chain, and logistics, combined with your commercial focus and strong interpersonal skills, will enable you to effectively communicate with clients, anticipate their requirements, and provide exceptional customer service.


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and needs to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Serve as a strategic partner, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services that align with clients' objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns to maintain high levels of customer retention.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies related to e-commerce, supply chain, and logistics.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on the effective use of our software and tools to optimize their operations and achieve their business objectives.
  • Actively participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build relationships, promote our brand, and generate new business leads.


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as an Account Manager, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce, supply chain, and logistics processes and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, influence decisions, and negotiate effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Commercially focused mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pleasant attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
