We're searching for a Sales Operations Executive to join our Sales team in Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement
Onboarding, Offboarding, and Improvement Plan
- Manage efficient and documented onboarding processes for new sales team members globally
- Develop & implement streamlined offboarding procedures ensuring a smooth transition for departing team members.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of onboarding/offboarding documentation.
- Support the development of a improvement plan to ensure that enablement activities align with the Company's objectives with regular closure of feedback loop
Support Enablement Activities and Performance Monitoring:
- Provide support for continuous enablement activities within the sales team.
- Drive follow-up actions and engagement related to ongoing enablement initiatives to ensure 100% adoption with active participation and effectiveness.
- Track and ensure the completion of sales training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Sales Operation
CRM Adoption and Reporting:
- Contribute to the administration of HubSpot CRM tools, ensuring the accurate input of data and maintaining system integrity.
- Collaborate with teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Key Account Management, as well as other relevant stakeholders, to troubleshoot and address any issues related to CRM processes.
- Play a supportive role in implementing and maintaining executive initiatives and defined processes across departments.
- Provide training and assistance to sales team members in navigating and utilizing CRM tools effectively.
- Provide regular updates on Sales key performance indicators via CRM for Leadership
- Coordinate and organize monthly business review meetings, including agenda creation and documentation.
- Work closely with sales leadership to compile and distribute necessary reports and materials for review meetings.
- Drive follow-up actions and timelines based on outcomes of the business review meetings
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales operations or related role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably experience with Hubspot
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt to change and work effectively within a dynamic environment.
