The role:

As the Marketing Manager – Philippines, you will be responsible for Designing and Executing the overall marketing strategy of Anchanto in the Philippines Market. Supported by the central Marketing team, you will work in close collaboration with the local sales, account management, and implementation teams to enable the company to reach ambitious revenue targets and develop the Anchanto brand.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, Create and Execute the local marketing plan and budget.
  • Create and adapt existing content and communication assets such as campaign copies, blogs, emails, etc.
  • Build the local growth strategy and drive all local go-to-market efforts, to reach strong revenue objectives with the team.
  • Own and run all paid marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), with the support of the central Demand Generation team.
  • Plan and execute the participation to/organization of industry, partner, and company events.
  • Provide insights, recommendations, and action plans based on the analysis of the market and local performance
  • Help implement new processes and technology to continuously improve our local marketing and sales operations

  • You have excellent Project Management Skills
  • You are proficient in Filipino with excellent writing and communication skills
  • You have at least 3 years of working experience in a similar role
