As businesses expand across marketplaces, webstores, and niche e-commerce platforms, keeping everything running smoothly can start to feel less like growth and more like trying to coordinate too many moving parts at once.

This month’s integrations updates are designed to bring order to this chaos. By strengthening connections across systems, centralising operations, and ensuring every part of your commerce ecosystem works in tandem, these updates help businesses operate more smoothly without adding complexity.

Let’s take a closer look at what’s new.

Amazon Easy Ship Enhancement

For many marketplace sellers, Amazon Easy Ship offers the flexibility of managing inventory and packing in-house while relying on Amazon’s delivery network for last-mile fulfilment. With Anchanto’s enhanced Amazon Easy Ship integration, these processes are now seamlessly integrated into a single platform, allowing businesses to manage their fulfilment operations more efficiently.

This integration enables businesses selling on Amazon and delivering via Amazon Easy Ship to automatically identify Easy Ship orders, generate shipping labels, download shipment documents, and synchronise shipment details all within the platform. The Amazon Easyship integration to Anchanto OMS is currently live in Singapore and scheduled to be available in other countries in the upcoming phases of this enhancement.

Velocity E-Store

Businesses selling in Australia now have a new opportunity to reach customers through Velocity E-store, the online rewards marketplace operated by Velocity Frequent Flyer. Through the new Anchanto OMS integration, businesses can connect Velocity E-store with their broader commerce operations, managing inventory, orders, catalogues, promotions, and reporting from a centralised platform. This integration allows businesses to automatically sync inventory, process orders through a unified workflow, and update catalogues without relying on manual channel-by-channel maintenance.

Tiktok Catalogue Category Expansion Enhancement

To support TikTok’s expanded catalogue structure, Anchanto OMS now supports TikTok’s move from a 3-level category hierarchy to a 7-level category framework. This enhancement helps businesses align their product catalogues with TikTok’s latest requirements while preparing for improved listing accuracy and product discoverability across the platform.
