Today’s workforce is made up of millennials who are mobile savvy and interested in e-commerce technology. As B2B e-commerce blooms, more of its shoppers expect customer-centric services.         5. Augmented Reality Will be in Demand

        The one thing e-commerce lacks is the touch and feel aspect of shopping.
