This integration is now available on Anchanto Warehouse Management System and Anchanto Parcel Tracking.

  • Once an order is processed on Anchanto Warehouse Management System (WMS), it will automatically be created on DeTrack
  • For all processed orders, the AWB number/tracking ID will be synced automatically from DeTrack to Anchanto WMS and the respective sales channels
  • Download and print DeTrack shipping label with details synced from DeTrack
  • Auto-sync the order status once every hour from DeTrack to Anchanto WMS to respective sales channels
  • Stay informed with real-time insights on shipment events and the current locations of all items in transit with Anchanto Parcel Tracking.
  • Optimize tracking processes for reduced manual errors and improved accuracy.
  • Integrate the Detrack tracking API with different systems and applications, such as e-commerce platforms or order management systems, via Anchanto Parcel Tracking to offer full end-to-end visibility.
