This partnership between Anchanto and J&T Express is aimed at helping our customers manage seamless deliveries across the region with J&T.

J&T Express is supported across Anchanto Order Management System (OMS), Anchanto Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Anchanto Operations Experience (OXM) in Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand. In Singapore, it is available on Anchanto OMS and Anchanto WMS, while in Saudi Arabia, it is supported exclusively on Anchanto WMS.

Streamline your logistics with Anchanto

  • Once an order is processed in Anchanto Order Management System (OMS) / Anchanto Warehouse Management System (WMS) for Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand, it is automatically created on J&T Express.
  • For Saudi Arabia (KSA), orders are automatically created on J&T Express when processed via Anchanto WMS
  • For all processed orders in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand, the AWB number / tracking ID is automatically synced from J&T Express to Anchanto OMS or Anchanto WMS, and updated across the respective sales channels. Similarly, for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia the AWB number / tracking ID is automatically synced from J&T Express to Anchanto WMS
  • The above functionalities are also supported by Anchanto OXM integration to J&T Express in applicable regions
  • For all orders, an A6 sized shipping label can be generated and printed by J&T Express (Singapore) through Anchanto Order Management
  • Download and print A6 sized shipping label received from J&T Express on Anchanto Order Management/Anchanto Warehouse Management
  • Download and print an approved shipping label of J&T Express (Philippines) from Anchanto Order Management/Anchanto Warehouse Management
  • The above functionalities are also supported by Anchanto OXM integration to J&T Express in applicable regions
  • Once the order is delivered, the Order delivery status will automatically be updated from J&T Express (Singapore) to Anchanto Order Mnagement
  • The delivery status will auto-update and reflect across sales channels once it is received from J&T Express (Singapore) to Anchanto Order Management
  • Auto-sync the order status from J&T Express to Anchanto Order Management/Anchanto Warehouse Management to respective sales channels
  • The above functionalities are also supported by Anchanto OXM integration to J&T Express in applicable regions
  • Gain real-time insights into the tracking events and location of all shipments in transit with Anchanto Parcel Tracking
  • Reduce manual efforts and errors by automating tracking processes
  • Integrate J&T Express tracking API with other systems and applications such as e-commerce platforms or order management system via Anchanto Parcel Tracking to provide end-to-end visibility
  • Take control of split shipments for a single order with ease using the Multiparcel enhancement on Anchanto Warehouse Management for Malaysia and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
