Sales Development Representative – South Korea

About this Role

The SDR is responsible for strategically developing and qualifying new prospect (inbound) opportunities within Korea. They will also be working closely with their local Country Heads, Marketing and Sales teams in developing targeted strategies and messaging to drive new (outbound) opportunities.

 

In partnership with these groups, we educate prospects, build relationships, qualify opportunities and generate a healthy sales pipeline of the highest quality, with the goal of helping promote the growth and shaping the future of eCommerce experience for Brand Principals, Distributors, 3PLs, Warehousing Companies, E-distributors and Retailers leveraging Anchanto’s SaaS products and platform capabilities.

 

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline for an assigned territory/country.

• Partner with territory sales teams to create account strategies to research, build “cold accounts”, generate interest and develop meaningful relationships with potential customers (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling) through outbound outreach activities.

• Manage, Educate, Nurture and Conduct high level conversations with assigned leads and prospects (inbound/outbound) evangelizing Anchanto and the On-Demand model for eCommerce while ensuring CRM hygiene

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets/quotas.

 

Required Skills (Must Haves)

• Experience selling to customers in Korea and Asia

• Minimum 1 years Inside Sales experience within IT (New Business Development, Cold Calling, Account Planning/Strategy etc)

• Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills in English and Korean

• High Energy and a Positive Attitude.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.

Bonus Points if you already have

• Successful Outbound prospecting experience (hitting quota, scheduling outbound meetings, running targeted outreach campaigns)

• Knowledge or previous experience in using (any) tools like: HubSpot – LinkedIn Sales Navigator – ZoomInfo – Drift – etc.

• Experience with E-commerce Sellers, Brands and Retailers

• An understanding of Value Based Selling to create & articulate compelling value propositions around SaaS Solutions.
