Position Overview:

This role is integral to driving strategic event and marketing initiatives that align with our company’s goals. It requires a dynamic, process-driven professional with a proven track record in project management and event operations. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented project manager that supports the execution of our events globally, the implementation of our Ops initiatives and governance of our CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Operations:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end operations for both physical and virtual events, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional outcomes.
  • Manage booth setups, branded merchandise distribution, and post-event analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Marketing Campaign Support:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Streamline workflows across marketing tools such as CRM, CMS, and other platforms to ensure operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide support for paid media campaigns, including performance tracking and optimization.

Operational Streamlining:

  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance event and marketing operations.
  • Draft frameworks for content and performance marketing operations to set SOPs for better coordination
  • Build and maintain knowledge banks to empower Marketing and Sales teams with accessible resources and insights.
  • Utilize the content repository and campaign assets to maximize the impact of events and marketing efforts

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.

Experience: Around 2-3 years hands-on experience in event planning & operations, marketing operations, or project management roles.

Skills:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools like CRM, CMS, email automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for stakeholder collaboration.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and campaign optimization is an advantage.
