The Role: Enterprise Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and needs
  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
  • Should be able to create contract-winning proposals and communicate terms to stakeholders
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
  • Evaluates options and resolving internal priorities.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
  • Examines risks and potentials for business opportunities.
  • Close new business deals by understanding and coordinating customer requirements
  • Developing and negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Enhances the organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
  • Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news

Experience Required:

  • Overall experience of 10 years with demonstrated achievement in B2B SaaS sales
  • Ecommerce/Logistics/Supply Chain domain experience is highly regarded
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations and IT fluency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and industry-specific analysis software
  • Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose solutions for clients
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proactive with execution, sense of ownership, ability to work independently and handle multiple deliverables
