Job Purpose

We are rapidly expanding our business team here in Thailand. This role will add to more sales execution capability for deals in Vietnam and regionally. This role's prime purpose is to secure more mid and large-size customers for our Ecommerce Order Management System, Warehouse Management System, and Data platforms.

Job Description

Are you business oriented, aggressive, and expert in consultative B2B sales? If yes, this role is for you. As a Sales Manager for Anchanto's products focused on the Enterprise and mid-size business segments, you will have the exciting opportunity to engage in selling leading Ecommerce SaaS solutions to logistics companies, retailers, and brands. 

The ideal candidate will possess both business development, consultative selling, and technical/functional background that enables her or him to drive an engagement at the C-level, Operations teams, CIOs, BU heads, and IT architects. He/she should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute to increase market penetration across Thailand.

 

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets consistently, preferably in the B2B SaaS space.

• Experience in closing deals quickly, demonstrating efficient and effective negotiation skills.

• Strong understanding of the Anchanto platform and its value proposition, with the ability to articulate it compellingly to potential clients.

• In-depth knowledge of the local market and customer pain points in Thailand.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Hunter mentality with a proactive approach to sales, actively seeking and engaging potential leads.

• Excellent time-management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deals simultaneously.

• Data-driven and analytical, able to use data insights to identify sales opportunities and track progress.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.

• Proven ability to close deals quickly and efficiently, exceeding sales targets consistently.

• Strong understanding of the local market and customer pain points in Thailand

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Proactive and self-motivated, with a hunter mentality for uncovering new leads.

• Data-driven approach to sales, utilizing insights to prioritize tasks and track progress.
