As the Brand Director at Anchanto, you will be responsible for developing Anchanto’s unique and global visual identity, messaging, and tone of voice. We are looking for someone passionate about design, telling stories, with the ability and ambition to build a unique brand that stands out internationally

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual identify: Own the brand’s visual identity, make it evolve to support the company’s global ambition, and ensure its coherency across channels, countries, and languages.
  • Design: Lead our design activity, support our designer and manage external freelancers.
  • Messaging and tone of voice: in collaboration with our content team, develop Anchanto’s messaging to align with our business objectives and ambition to build a unique voice.
  • Website development: support our in-house web developer to manage our website development to make it the best emblem of our brand
  • Website Design: Lead the UI UX design projects of our website.
  • Inspiration and innovation: Continuously seek and propose new inspirations to ensure the development and progress of Anchanto’s brand and design identity.
  • Team Management: Oversee and mentor team members, fostering growth and excellence.

Essential Requirements:

  • 10+ Years of experience in a brand, design, or artistic direction role.
  • Experience working within a brand agency serving B2B SaaS customers or within a B2B SAAS company and delivering projects for global audiences.
  • Proven experience in brand building and leading UI UX projects.
  • Natural interest in tech and SaaS branding.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working on e-commerce related project/businesses is a plus.
