This month, we’re enhancing the experience for Shopify, one of the key e-commerce platforms integrated with Anchanto OMS.
With the new Real-Time Shipping Address Sync (Pre-RTS Orders) enhancement, sellers and fulfilment teams can now ensure that every delivery uses the most up-to-date shipping information.
With this enhancement, when a buyer updates their shipping address on Shopify before the order reaches “Ready to Ship” status, OMS automatically captures and applies that change in real time. This helps prevent failed or misrouted deliveries and reduces manual intervention across connected systems.
